how to install play store

I purchased a Nubia Z17 mini from china, but it doent pre-installed google play store. the system dont allow me to install the play store bymyself.
how to install play store on this phone?

Camera is not up to the hype

Camera is not up to the potential. Camera needs to be improved in low light and artificial lighting. Daylight pics are excellent. PRO mode is very useful to get accurate colors. Portrait mode blurs the edges. Im giving 4* as i still love the device for other aspects.

We know that it is not the best phone available, therefore the cost-benefit is. ZTE is a solid company, the build material is really good, its fast, 64GB ROM and Dual Ship. It´s worth.
Cons:
No cons. Well, the camera is ok, but could be better. Also I was no patient to get used to the pre installed ROM, so I will install another one. Simple like that.

Excellent phone for a good price. Good materials like metal, and excelent camera and sound. Very fast processor and connections. But Little heavy and battery could last a bit longer
