- Due to some reason I decided to do a factory reset. But during reset it stuck on the logo page. Then after some time I pressed the volume down and power button for some seconds and after that it started showing "Android is upgrading" and soon it finished booting. I tried to reset again and it again got stuck again on the logo. During this process my phote it getting hotter. I cant even reset my phone properly. Please suggest me something. Thank you.

- I love my Nubia z9 mini but i have problem with it's multitasking option because when i touch right side panel to go to another task it closes the running task or goes back..... i need help and its really very heating up
